So I played basketball and before today I’ve been always trying to get into working out and just getting stronger in general. But after today I’m determined that I will keep it up and not give up on the workout plan.
The Workout plan that I’m going to undertake is as follows and is a daily routine:
1) Wake up.
2) Go back to bed.
3) Wake up.
4) Go back to bed.
.
.
.
n-1) Go back to bed.
n) Wake up.
Now believe it or not.. that is a workout plan. Just do it n times and you’ll be great.
No but really, I came about 2 inches shy from dunking on a basketball net. To achieve this I will do as follows, work on my abs and my calves everyday before bed and last but not least watch White Men Can’t Jump everyday and figure out how that white guy got to dunk!
After when I’m able to dunk I will post a movie on this site so that everyone can watch me. It will be like those and1 videos but sicker just because I’m white. My goal is by the end of the summer I will be able to dunk and no I’m not talking about those 5 foot fisher price rims that Jason get’s stuffed by.. no, no, I’m talking at least 9 and a half feet and once I’m comfortable with that.. the 10 feet challenge will be the next goal.
